2019 GIGLIO SOCIETY OF EAST HARLEM BUILD SCHEDULE

• Friday July 26th 2019:
  12:00 P.M. – The Building of the Base of the Giglio on Pleasant Avenue and 114 Street – We are asking for all members and friends to please help. We need all the help we can get!!! Please come down and pitch in anyway! Everyone is useful!

• Saturday July 27th 2019:
  8:00 A.M. – The Building of the Giglio Tower on Pleasant Avenue and 114 Street – We invite all of our members, family and friends to help build our beautiful Statue. We need all the people that love this feast to give us a helping hand, to ensure your Feast continues for generations!!!!!

2019 GIGLIO SOCIETY OF EAST HARLEM MEMBER BBQ

• Saturday August 3rd 2019:
  8:00 A.M. – The Dressing of the Giglio on Pleasant Avenue and 114 Street

  1:00 P.M. – Our Annual B.B.Q. will be held at the same location on Pleasant Avenue and 114th Street. All MEMBERS are welcome!

• Thursday August 8th 2019:

  6:00 P.M. – Feast Opening Night – Sausage and Peppers Eating Contest Sponsored by Premio
  

  7:00 P.M. – 11:00 P.M. Singing of Al Sapienza, of the Sopranos, and Deborah Rennard singing your Favorite Hits

• Friday August 9th 2019:
  

  7:00 P.M. – “Freestyle for a Cure” Concert Featuring Freestyle Legends TKA and Soave Performing Live!
  

  8:30 P.M. – DJ Agostino of Planet DJs and MC John Luciano

• Saturday August 10th 2019:
  

  12:00 P.M. – Sant’ Antonio Procession

  6:00 P.M. – Hats & Shirts will be distributed to the Children in attendance who will be Lifting The Children’s Giglio

  7:00 P.M. – Dancing the Children’s Giglio

  8:00 P.M. – 11:00 P.M. – Whoz ya daddy playing all your favorites from the 70s, 80s, 90s and today!

• Sunday August 11th 2019:
  12:00 P.M. – Paranza Mass at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Shrine Church
  
  1:30 P.M. – First Lift & Dancing the Giglio di Sant’ Antonio
  
  6:00 P.M. – 11:00 P.M. – Entertainment by DJ Agostino of Planet DJs and MC John Luciano

• Monday August 12th 2019:
  9:00 A.M. – Taking down the Giglio is as important as all the other events. It is necessary to have all members available to help so this can be accomplished, so that our Face and Base can be stored properly for next years Feast.

As you can imagine, a lot of planning, preparation and financing are involved in putting together these great events and we thank everyone for your continued support as the results from years past have been phenomenal.
