MERCHANT SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH THE GIGLIO SOCIETY OF EAST HARLEM

AUTHORIZATION FOR ACH CREDITS AND DEBITS

This donation constitutes the Merchant’s authorization for use of Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) debits and credits for payments between the Company and the Merchant.

The Merchant hereby authorizes The Giglio Society of East Harlem, via the ACH System to disburse credit-card receivables and make any other payments which may become due to the Merchant from the Company to collect any and all fees and chargebacks which become due and payable to The Giglio Society of East Harlem and solely for these purposes, including without limitation the correcting of any erroneous entries to initiate ACH Credit Entries and Debit Entries to the Merchant’s Credit Card Account

50% down payment donation on my credit card to secure my vending spot during the Giglio Society of East Harlem Festival Thursday August 4th – Sunday August 7th 2022 in the amount of: $200.00 ($USD)

I authorize The Giglio Society of East Harlem to charge the agreed amount listed above to my credit card provided herein. I agree that I will pay for this purchase in accordance with the issuing bank cardholder.

The remaining 50% due ($200) will be paid in good faith at the first day of the feast Thursday August 4th 2022.
