Mother Nature threw us a right hook! The Sons of San Paolino regret to inform everyone that this coming Saturday’s, November 8th Giglio Spogliato has been cancelled. The inclement weather that blew through the area with sustained winds of 40 – 55 mph bringing down trees all over Long Island also damaged the Giglio structure and in the best interest of everyone who planned to attend, we decided to cancel the event. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused anyone. On a more positive note, we do plan on building and testing a new structure with “La Borda” in time for our June feast. We like to Thank everyone for understanding.<\/p>\n
