Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Giglio Society of East Harlem’s Annual Feast. Many vendors participate in our Feast each year offering our a selection of foods, desserts, and beverages as well as a wonderful selection of souvenirs, jewelry, artwork, crafts, toys and novelties.
The information provided below will enable us to determine whether there is appropriate space for your vending area as well as determine the amount of donation, applicable fees and permits that may be required.
All vendors are asked to submit the following information for review – NEW vendors will be contacted by a member of the Committee upon review of your application. Please be advised that submitting this form does not guarantee you vending space. A committee member will notify you regarding further info and approval.
Thursday 5pm to 11 pm
Friday 5pm to 11 pm
Saturday 11 am to 11 pm
Sunday 11 am to 11 pm
Initial booth setup at 11 am on Thursday to be completed by 5pm with all vehicles removed from feast area
